The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Chennai. This role involves participating in the full development cycle for creating technology solutions, from design to delivery and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with architects on the technical vision and design, ensuring that these are effectively implemented by project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to initiate projects and determine scope, capacity, and timing.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
- Ensure the technical vision and design are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development with expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering or related fields.
