About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding requirements from Product Owners and collaborating with the team to design and develop high-quality features. You will play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring excellence in deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new features to meet the needs of Enterprise and Operations teams.
- Own the deliverables from a Scrum team and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate rapid, smooth, and successful iterative product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the quality of development outputs and implement process improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role (e.g., Java, Python, React).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
