The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for building scalable applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java/J2EE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement and support SAFe Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of professional programming experience.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proficient in Object Oriented design and development.
- Solid understanding of web standards including XML and Web Services (WS*, REST).
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
