The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with various business departments and will be responsible for designing major global systems and their subsystems. This position requires a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure solutions to meet complex business requirements, particularly in the areas of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Manage all phases of the project life cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in SAP modules, particularly FI and CO.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SAP solutions.
