The team is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) to join their innovative team in the MedTech sector. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and performance of software products through automated testing and development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience: 5-8 years in software development and testing roles.
