About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead its Production Effort project within the Data Services workstream. The Core Services group is responsible for providing foundational technologies to various technology groups. As part of a dedicated team, you will architect, build, and maintain enterprise-level, mission-critical infrastructure that supports the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions for the Production Effort project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver services, frameworks, and products.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of the infrastructure by following best practices in software development.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data processing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
