About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Developer with a strong background in PHP eCommerce frameworks, particularly Shopify and Magento 2. This role involves developing Magento 2 extensions, managing data migrations, and setting up Shopify, including theme integration and creating both public and private apps. Additionally, familiarity with Laravel for building custom CRUD modules and web APIs is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain eCommerce applications using Magento 2 and Shopify.
- Work on Magento 2 extension development and data migration tasks.
- Set up Shopify stores, integrate themes, and create public and private applications.
- Utilize Laravel for building custom CRUD modules and web APIs.
- Deploy applications using AWS services, including EC2 and Beanstalk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in PHP, with strong experience in Magento 2 and Shopify.
- Knowledge of Laravel and experience in building web APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS services for application deployment.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES16 features such as closures and array functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
