About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will play a critical role in the design and implementation of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical design, and documentation, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business needs through discussions with users and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Study system flows, analyze data usage, and perform impact analysis to define the feasibility of operations.
- Define and describe technical solutions, create flowcharts, and review solutions with business users.
- Create Low-Level Technical Design Documents (LLD) based on technologies used, including Unix and Teradata.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and system analysis.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in technical design and the ability to create detailed design documents.
- Familiarity with Unix, Teradata, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development or related fields.
