The team is seeking a Senior Software Asset Management Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing software assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance and optimizing usage to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement software asset management strategies and policies.
- Monitor software usage and compliance across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of software assets.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to manage software licensing agreements.
- Provide training and support to staff on software asset management best practices.
- Analyze software utilization data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software asset management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in asset management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
