Senior SOC Analyst

The team is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the security posture of the team operations by leveraging advanced security technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts and incidents across various platforms and systems.
• Analyze security breaches to identify the root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential threats.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all processes.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to junior SOC team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Experience with threat intelligence and incident response methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years in cybersecurity or related fields, with a focus on SOC operations.
