The team is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join their dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This role is critical in enhancing the security posture of the organization by monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a passion for protecting organizational assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents across various platforms and systems.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and incidents.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures and incident response strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior SOC analysts.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threat intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or related cybersecurity role.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
