Senior SOC Analyst

The team is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and security of the team systems and data. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
• Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of security incidents.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to improve security posture.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and trends.
• Prepare and present reports on security incidents and vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
• Proficient in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight).
• Knowledge of incident response methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security operations center (SOC) or related field.
