The team is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role requires a strong technical leader with expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and enterprise workflow design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the development of enterprise workflows and ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint environments.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and technologies to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and enterprise workflow design.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint development tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience Required: 4 to 8 years in SharePoint development.
