The team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Navi Mumbai, India. This is a full-time, onsite position for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
