About this role
The team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements, assessing platform impacts, and implementing scalable solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices. The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned user stories, which includes analysis, development, testing, documentation, and post-deployment support, ensuring high-quality, release-ready deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and assess their impact on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all development processes and procedures.
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
