Senior Security Engineer - Microsoft Sentinel SIEM

The team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM to enhance their cybersecurity capabilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing security solutions that protect organizational assets against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Sentinel SIEM solutions to monitor and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into existing systems and processes.
• Conduct threat hunting and incident response activities to identify and mitigate potential security breaches.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to junior security staff and other stakeholders on security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Sentinel SIEM and other security tools.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, threat landscapes, and risk management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud security, particularly in Azure environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in security engineering or a related field, with a focus on SIEM technologies.
