About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Security Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will not only act as a gatekeeper but also as a builder, working collaboratively with Product & Technology, IT, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations to weave autonomous security into the core of their systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and protocols.
- Utilize your expertise in security, software development, and LLM orchestration to create agents capable of reasoning through threats.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure robust defense mechanisms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in security engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
