The team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the team cloud infrastructure and ensuring the security of their services and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and respond to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security measures to protect cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on security protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in information security or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
