About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer with a strong focus on DevSecOps and AI Security. This role involves driving secure practices across the Software Security Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and ensuring that security is embedded into the engineering processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST).
- Oversee API Security and integrate security measures into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to promote secure-by-design principles.
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Automate security processes using Python and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Cloud-Native Security and AI/Agentic Security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Application Security (AppSec) practices.
- Proficiency in Python for automation tasks.
- Experience with threat modeling and cloud security best practices.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in security engineering, with a focus on DevSecOps and AI Security.
