About this role
The team is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team on a full-time or contract basis. This remote position requires an experienced professional who can effectively configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Create and maintain Permission Roles, Permission Groups, and Target Populations.
- Manage user access, role provisioning, and authorization requirements.
- Demonstrate strong experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD), including conflict identification, analysis, and remediation.
- Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Role-Based Permissions.
- Strong understanding of user access management and authorization processes.
- Excellent analytical skills for conflict identification and remediation in SoD.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
