About this role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in accounting, revenue recognition, and financial processes to support SAP S/4HANA initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of accounting and revenue recognition principles with hands-on SAP functional experience. This is a functional finance role, not a software engineering or ABAP development position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Analyze and design solutions related to revenue recognition within SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA modules to align with financial processes and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
- Conduct testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance functional consulting, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
