About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior SAP PM Functional Consultant to join a critical ECC to SAP S/4HANA Migration and Conversion Project. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze current SAP ECC processes and develop strategies for migration to SAP S/4HANA.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) functionalities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on new system features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document all processes, configurations, and changes made during the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP PM and EAM modules with a strong understanding of their integration within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or conversions is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on PM and EAM modules.
