About this role
The team is seeking a Senior SAP HCM / SAP Payroll Consultant to join their team in a fully remote capacity within India. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (On-Premises) and extensive knowledge of US Payroll. This role involves configuring SAP Payroll and delivering end-to-end payroll implementations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide support and training to clients on SAP Payroll functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP HCM Payroll, specifically in an on-premises environment.
- Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and Payroll consulting.
