The team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Manager to join their team on a 3-month remote contract. This role is critical for overseeing Salesforce initiatives and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Salesforce initiatives and manage both technical and functional teams.
- Drive platform optimization to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
- Manage the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Oversee integrations with other systems and ensure governance standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience managing Salesforce environments and teams.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, delivery, and integrations.
- Proven track record in governance and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce management.
