The team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to join their dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
