About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for their offshore operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of enterprise-scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce architecture and development to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Conduct technical design reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Service Cloud.
- Proficient in using declarative tools within Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
- Experience in technical design and architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
