The team is seeking a next-generation Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong blend of deep Salesforce platform expertise and AI-driven development practices. This role goes beyond traditional development, focusing on co-authoring intelligent solutions and integrating advanced AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI-driven applications using Agentforce Agents.
- Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate AI models into Salesforce workflows.
- Leverage tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Codex to enhance development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with AI integration and tools mentioned above.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
