About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and translating user requirements into actionable designs, particularly focusing on the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and support user acceptance testing (UAT), while driving system enhancements for deal registration, partner portals, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyze requirements from users to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Define and lead requirements for Sales/Experience Cloud, translating them into detailed designs.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Support UAT processes and drive system enhancements.
- Create and optimize business processes, analyze workflows, and define requirements for system improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing design activities and deliverables.
- Familiarity with deal registration, partner portals, and distribution channels is a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, specifically within Salesforce environments.
