The team is seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AI, integrations, and enterprise automation. This role combines strategic solution architecture with strong technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and design scalable integrations and data pipelines.
- Implement intelligent automation and enable AI-driven CRM capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of AI integrations and enterprise automation.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
