The team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to design and implement robust solutions that meet the needs of the team in the travel management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and architecture are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
