About this role
The team is seeking a Senior RPA Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation. The ideal candidate will be confident, able to take ownership, and capable of driving automation projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Build custom automation solutions using Playwright and Selenium.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes for improved efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with UiPath and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
