The team is seeking a Senior Researcher & Data Analyst to join their expanding AI Research & Development Cell. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to read data, identify patterns, and drive informed decisions. This is not a routine reporting position; instead, it offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects related to Admissions and other critical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights.
- Identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support institutional initiatives.
- Generate actionable reports and presentations based on data findings.
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data analysis and research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in an educational or research environment.
