About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Quant Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and KDB. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile or Scrum-based development environment, delivering high-quality solutions that enhance quantitative modeling and data processing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and support quantitative models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including quantitative analysts and data engineering teams.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
- Utilize Databricks or Fabric platforms to enhance data processing workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and KDB.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with data processing platforms such as Databricks or Fabric.
- Additional experience in PySpark or TensorFlow is a plus.
- Knowledge of C or C++ is advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in quantitative development or a related field.
