Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring software meets functional and performance requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
