The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer / Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their team in Gurgaon, Haryana. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and automation in software development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of software products through effective testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and improve software quality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and automated testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
