The team is seeking a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the quality of software products by developing automated testing solutions and strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in new business case discussions and contribute to the creation of Test Plans and Test Strategies for business case verification.
- Review test cases to ensure complete functional coverage and identify gaps in testing.
- Independently develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks for testing applications.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in quality automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in quality automation engineering or a related field.
