The team is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure application robustness.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
