About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of their innovative Decision Intelligence Platform. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and enhance overall product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct performance, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate product functionality.
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices in quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
