The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on building, implementing, and continuously improving automation testing across a diverse mobile-game portfolio. The position emphasizes technical leadership and individual contribution, requiring the candidate to actively engage in designing, coding, executing, debugging, and maintaining automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation test scripts for mobile games.
- Collaborate with QA domain experts, game developers, and backend engineers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
- Continuously improve the automation process and tools used for testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior QA team members.
- Maintain documentation of testing processes and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with mobile testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
