The team is seeking a passionate Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join their engineering team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who not only possesses a strong understanding of quality engineering but also has a deep love and knowledge of cricket. You will play a crucial role in building robust, scalable, and reliable testing systems that ensure the quality of the team products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve defects and performance issues in the application.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for cricket and understanding of the sports domain is a plus.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in QA automation.
