The team is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation) to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the quality and performance of digital services and applications. You will work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, contributing to the design and implementation of automated testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Conduct performance and regression testing to validate application functionality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
