About this role
The team is seeking a Senior QA Engineer (SDET) to enhance test automation for their AI-first customer operations platform. In this role, you will take ownership of automation across web, backend, and mobile surfaces, focusing on AI-driven flows that support their Business AI Operator platform. You will collaborate with an established QA team and lead efforts in building and scaling Playwright-based automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.
- Enhance mobile automation coverage to ensure robust testing across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in test automation, particularly with Playwright.
- Proficiency in backend testing and mobile automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-driven applications and customer operations platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in QA engineering or SDET roles, with a focus on automation.
