About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for our Salesforce platform and integrated enterprise applications. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
- Execute automated and manual tests to identify software defects.
- Analyze test results and report on the quality of the software.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Participate in release planning and provide testing estimates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce testing and automation tools.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on Salesforce automation testing.
