The team is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives and drive automation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level skills in Playwright, API Testing, and Test Case Writing, along with strong hands-on experience in C#. This role requires a deep understanding of Manual Testing, AI-driven Automation, and the use of Claude for QA strategy and framework design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define automation architecture and establish testing standards.
- Mentor and guide QA teams in best practices and methodologies.
- Drive CI/CD quality gates to ensure high standards of software delivery.
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering initiatives independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Playwright and API Testing.
- Strong experience in C# and Manual Testing.
- Familiarity with AI-driven Automation tools and strategies.
- Proven ability to design and implement testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in QA engineering and automation.
