About this role
The team is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent manual testing skills and a strong understanding of software quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on product requirements and design specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing to ensure software quality.
- Track software defects using bug-tracking tools, such as Jira.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing.
- Familiarity with API testing tools, such as Postman, is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in QA and software testing.
