About this role
The team is seeking a Senior QA Engineer who takes ownership of quality and is comfortable working independently. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented professional with the ability to break complex requirements into clear and effective test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Investigate issues across applications, APIs, databases, logs, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate effectively with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with a preference for candidates with 5-8 years.
