The team is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for its Advanced Distribution Planning System (ADPS) platform, based in Pune, India. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and wants to be part of a dynamic and winning team. The Senior QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the ADPS platform.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform regression, performance, and load testing to validate system behavior under various conditions.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
