The team is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of software products through comprehensive testing and collaboration within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile sprint and release planning, contributing to the development of user stories and associated acceptance criteria.
- Create and manage quality assurance activity tasks to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Conduct Product Owner demos and engage in Agile retrospectives to improve team processes.
- Provide continuous feedback by updating the Product Backlog using department Agile tools.
- Communicate task progress, issues, and risks during daily standups with Agile teammates and peers in other work groups.
- Collaborate with all members of the development team to ensure quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance engineering.
