About this role
The team is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive automation excellence for enterprise customer implementations. In this highly technical, hands-on role, you will design, develop, and execute scalable automation solutions that validate customer configurations, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Consultants, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure every implementation is delivered with confidence, speed, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Automate UI, API, regression, and end-to-end implementation test scenarios.
- Develop reusable automation components to support multiple customer implementations.
- Improve automation coverage across configuration-driven workflows.
- Optimize automation execution for faster release validation.
- Support quality assurance for enterprise customer implementations, including configuration validation, workflow validation, regression testing, environment verification, and data migration validation.
- Validate integrations with ATS platforms, HCM systems, CRM applications, SSO platforms, job boards, and third-party APIs.
- Develop automated API test suites and validate REST APIs and integration workflows.
- Perform data integrity and API contract validation, and troubleshoot integration issues throughout implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in requirement reviews and solution discussions.
- Contribute to automation framework enhancements and best practices, continuously improving test coverage, execution efficiency, and automation reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.
- Proficiency in Java or Python.
- Experience with API automation and REST API testing.
- Strong understanding of Selenium concepts and modern automation practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Git version control and basic understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.
- 4–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automation, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on automation experience.
- Experience testing SaaS products or enterprise web applications, with a strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
