About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Principal Clinical Programmer with expertise in Medidata RAVE to join their Clinical Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting drug development and commercialization processes by leveraging advanced programming skills and clinical trial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate clinical trial databases and applications using Medidata RAVE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers and team members.
- Analyze and interpret clinical data to support study objectives and outcomes.
- Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of programming deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues, ensuring high-quality results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Medidata RAVE and clinical programming.
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with programming languages such as SAS or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in clinical programming or related field, with a focus on Medidata RAVE.
